1. Scope of Services

Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy provides personalized international education and migration guidance, which may include:

• Career and university counseling

• Assistance with application and document preparation

• Visa and financial documentation guidance

• Pre-departure orientation and settlement advice

• Support with accommodation and travel planning (advisory only)

2. Accuracy of Information

All clients must provide complete and truthful details during registration and throughout the process. Any incorrect or falsified information may result in process delays, application rejections, or service termination without refund.

3. Dedicated Email Account

Students are required to create and share a new Gmail account exclusively for Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy.
This account will be used for communication with universities, visa authorities, and related organizations. Login credentials will be returned once the process concludes.

4. Document Submission & Timeliness

Clients are responsible for providing all required documents within the specified timelines.
Delays or incomplete submissions may affect university deadlines, visa processing, or admissions, for which Radiant Pathway holds no responsibility.

5. Service Fees

All service fees are charged based on the selected service package.
Fees cover consultancy and administrative services only and do not include any third-party charges (university application fees, courier, visa, translation, or embassy charges).

6. Package Details

Each package includes a defined set of services listed in the Enrollment Package Document.
Clients are advised to review the inclusions and exclusions carefully before making payments.

7. Refund Policy

Once the university shortlist or application process has commenced, all service fees become non-refundable.
Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances, including visa rejection or change of plans.

8. University Selection Guidance

Radiant Pathway provides recommendations based on student profiles, preferences, and academic goals.
However, students are encouraged to perform their own research before finalizing any institution or course.

9. Shortlisting & Counseling Sessions

University shortlisting discussions are limited to the number specified in your package.
Additional sessions may be offered at an extra cost if requested.

10. Admission Decisions

Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approvals.
Final decisions rest entirely with universities, embassies, and other authorities.

11. Service Assurance

Any verbal or written assurance is valid only when specified in the signed service agreement.
Students must select a package aligned with their expectations and goals.

12. Preference Policy

For efficient results, students should prioritize either a preferred course or a preferred destination, not both.
Dual preferences may limit suitable university options.

13. Course or Specialization Confirmation

Once the course or specialization is finalized during counseling, subsequent changes may not be accommodated or may incur additional charges.

14. Visa Guidance

Radiant Pathway offers expert visa documentation and interview preparation support.
However, visa outcomes are solely determined by respective embassy or consulate authorities.

15. Deferment Policy

Requests for deferment must comply with university guidelines and may attract additional administrative charges.
Details are outlined in the Deferment Annexure.

16. Travel & Accommodation

Radiant Pathway may guide students regarding travel and accommodation options through partner agencies but does not directly arrange bookings or guarantee availability.

17. Financial & Budgetary Considerations

Students are advised to plan for potential variations in tuition fees, living expenses, or currency fluctuations.
Radiant Pathway will not be responsible for financial miscalculations.

18. Post-Admission Obligations

Once an offer is accepted, students must manage all further communications, documentation, and fee payments directly with the university unless otherwise agreed.

19. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal and academic data shared with Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy is treated as confidential.
Information is used solely for application and immigration-related processes and will not be disclosed without consent.

20. Limitation of Liability

Radiant Pathway shall not be held liable for losses, delays, or rejections caused by external agencies, including universities, embassies, courier services, or unforeseen global events.

21. Force Majeure

In circumstances such as pandemics, natural disasters, or administrative shutdowns, Radiant Pathway will assist in rescheduling or exploring alternative options but shall not be liable for disruptions beyond its control.

22. Amendments

Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
