At Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all consultancy and processing services. Once the university shortlist has been shared with the student or the enrollment form has been signed and submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We emphasize complete transparency to ensure all applicants clearly understand that service fees are entirely non-refundable. This policy applies universally and without exception, regardless of visa outcomes, admission results, or personal decisions to withdraw.
By signing the Enrollment Form provided by Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy, the student/client expressly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
We strongly advise all applicants to thoroughly review the Terms & Conditions and Service Package Details before making any payments. If there are any doubts or clarifications required regarding our refund policy, our team is always available to assist before the enrollment process begins.
However, students may cancel our services within 24 hours of making the payment and request a full refund, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Beyond this 24-hour window, the service fees become strictly non-refundable.
