Cancellation Policy — Radiant Pathway Abroad Consultancy

Students may cancel our services within 24 hours of making the registration payment, provided that the Enrollment Form has not yet been signed. Once the Enrollment Form is signed, the student explicitly agrees to our No-Refund Policy, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Additionally, no cancellation requests will be considered once the university list has been shared with the student, regardless of whether the enrollment form has been signed.

If a cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, the refund will be processed only to the original mode of payment used during registration. Refund processing times may vary, typically taking 10 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank or payment gateway.
